Job Description The human resources advisor acts as an advisor to managers and employees, supporting them in all aspects of human resources management. He will play a key role in developing and implementing HR best practices, thereby contributing to proactive management that is aligned with organizational objectives. Role and responsibilities Provide managers with advice and expertise in all areas of human resources management, such as labor relations, compensation, performance management, training and development, coaching, and employee engagement. Act as a change agent to support senior management, managers, and employees. Develop and update internal policies and procedures, drawing on best practices; Inform/ guide employees and managers in interpreting existing policies and procedures, and labor laws; Advise managers on managing and improving employee performance and team development; Contribute to the development and maintenance of a work environment promoting employee well-being and development; Develop and implement processes to ensure effective human resources management by managers; Support the talent acquisition advisor with the onboarding and integration process for new employees; Contribute to the continuous improvement of human resources programs and processes; Manage and support the implementation of certain HR projects and initiatives in collaboration with team members; Establish, review, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to their improvement; Be involved in organizing HR activities and CMP events; All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management ; 2-3 years' relevant experience in personal human resources management, ideally in a consulting role; Member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés - an asset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. Ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers. Discretion, diplomacy, good judgment and ability to represent the employer well. Master the French and English language (communication and uniformization of practices with CMP-NY). Requirements
