Job Description Working very closely with our Paint-Line Technician, the painter must have experience in electrostatic powder coating. Role And Responsibilities Apply powder coating by electrostatic process. Actively participate in the troubleshooting of problems in the application, surface treatment, and curing of paint. Carry out quality inspections of your paint application and the applications of others. Participate in the management of the paint inventory and color changes as they arise. Participate in the Daily/ weekly / Monthly maintenance procedures associated to the paint-line. All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed. Knowledge And Skill Requirements DEP in metal finishing, industrial painting or equivalent, OR work experience. Experience on a conveyor line – An asset Process Driven. Attention to detail. Positive attitude, Safety First Approach. Ability to lift and push 50 pounds, 50 times per day. Key Performance Indicators Willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Detail orientation to achieve a high degree of accuracy of technical information. Problem solver. Team player (collaborative and encouraging).
