Job Description The Materials Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for the flow of incoming raw materials. He will provide technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing processes to facilitate the effective and efficient movement of materials. Role and responsibilities Responsible for receiving materials into the LN (ERP) system and processing the necessary documents. Responsible for organizing, maintaining and optimizing inventories in the appropriate warehouses. Manage inventory by identifying, labeling and reporting inventory inaccuracies, while ensuring that the “Factory track” tool is kept up to date. Perform cycle counts when required. Maintain exterior premises. Contact supplier to arrange disposal of laser machine dust barrels. Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and overhead cranes to move materials, including unloading trailers, with due regard for the safety of self and environment and inspect and maintain on a daily basis. Attend training courses to ensure qualifications are maintained and may be required to train other staff. Support the supply chain team in all other inventory-related initiatives. Support the material handler in these tasks when required or in case of absence. All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Three (3) years of forklift driving experience Three (3) years of experience as a material handler and coordinator Valid class 5 (automobile) driver's license Valid certification in safe forklift operation Knowledge of the LN system - Asset Ability to plan and organize work in accordance with deadlines Excellent work organization, communication, and interpersonal skills The successful candidate will be able to promote teamwork and work with little or no supervision. Master the French and English language (communication with drivers from the United States).
