If you have baking experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing great food, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Do Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery products Mix, scale, shape, proof, and bake as part of daily production Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Help keep production organized and on schedule Assist with ingredient inventory and ordering as needed Keep the bakery clean, safe, and well organized Contribute ideas and help with new products What We're Looking For Previous bakery or commercial baking experience preferred Good practical baking skills and attention to detail Comfortable learning different areas of bakery production Personable and professional Able to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet Work Schedule Thursday to Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off 8.5-hour shifts starting between 5:00 and 7:00 a.m., with 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. being the typical shift Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, experienced team Opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute creatively Community-focused workplace where quality matters Benefits Casual dress Dental care Flexible schedule On-site parking We believe great workplaces are built on respect — for our team and our customers alike.
