Role Overview: Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route while maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate package selection, inspection, and reporting; operate computerized tracking systems; adhere to safety, operational, and security procedures; and handle customer inquiries regarding services and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment; strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills; excellent customer service; and ability to handle stress and multitask in a high-pressure environment. Preferred Attributes: Customer-oriented mindset, knowledge of customs regulations, and familiarity with company operations are advantageous. Additional Information: Must pass driver assessments, maintain certifications, and operate vehicles safely according to regulations. Bilingualism in French and English is required for residents of Quebec. The position offers flexible hours with occasional duties such as loading or sorting packages as needed.
