Role Overview: This position involves providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages along an assigned route, ensuring shipments meet service standards, and supporting customer service functions. Responsibilities: Safely operate a vehicle for package delivery and pick-up, accurately inspect and report packages, adhere to operating procedures, secure property, and operate computerized tracking systems. Assist in loading/unloading aircraft and sorting packages as needed. Maintain professionalism and a neat appearance, represent the company positively, and seek additional business opportunities by informing sales of leads and market changes. Answer customer questions regarding services and international requirements, ensuring proper labeling and paperwork. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; no prior experience required, though customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency in operating equipment, understanding service features, and safe vehicle operation are essential. Additional Details: This is a temporary role, with pay rate of $23.28, involving work primarily Sunday to Thursday. Candidates should be bilingual if residing in Quebec and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to company policies.
