Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs). Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and gather feedback. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Familiarity with common technical troubleshooting steps. Additional Information This is a full and part time, remote position.
