Preferred background Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with AI model training, RLHF, data labeling, prompt engineering, evaluation rubrics or LLM-focused projects is preferred.
