Job summary
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : Plan the deliverables of the application and technological axis taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages with other deliveries and initiatives; Perform functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery of the application and technology axis; Ensure team performance, quality control of work and application of project standards, methods and procedures; Coordinate all deliverables in your sector in order to meet business objectives in accordance with agreed agreements and deadlines; Develop risk analyses, assess impacts and define appropriate strategies to manage the level of risk of the application and technology axis; Manage change requests, solution experimentation and strategies related to the application axis according to established frameworks; Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the technology and business sectors in the context of the mandate's activities; Identify complex issues related to deliverables and propose solutions to reduce impacts on the business and technology sectors; Interact with users from different industries to ensure efficient delivery of solutions. The Profile You Are Looking For Is As Follows Have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; Experience in the field of information technology; Experience in office deployment (an asset); Knowledge of the principles and practices of agility (an asset); Be agile in learning and adapting to change; Be customer-oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of service; Be proactive and action-oriented; Master interpersonal relationships and collaboration with multiple stakeholders; Efficiently plan and coordinate multiple folders simultaneously; Demonstrate courage, leadership and the ability to mobilize stakeholders; Demonstrate vision in carrying out activities and achieving objectives; Quickly understand business and technological issues.
