Job summary
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities: Coordinate technical mandates with external professionals and contractors; Supervise the execution of real estate projects (layout, mechanics, buildings); Ensure the follow-up of schedules, budgets, risks and supplies; Act as a resource person for internal customers and partners; Advise managers and stakeholders on the execution of the work; Identify the issues and implement appropriate solutions. The profile we are looking for is as follows: Hold an undergraduate degree or a DEC in architecture or building mechanics; Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in managing construction or fit-out projects; Master the reading of architectural, electromechanical and layout plans; Possess a general knowledge of the construction trades, particularly engineering, architecture, design and management; Be familiar with contract management principles, including CCDC-2 and CCDC-5 contracts.
