Job summary
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you: Support users in the evolution, optimization and use of technological solutions. Ensure the operational management of the systems under your responsibility and monitor their performance. Collect, analyze and document business needs and improvement requests. Act as an intermediary between users and implementation teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business needs. Plan, coordinate and perform user testing (UAT) and system acceptance activities. Support change management, training and coaching activities during the implementation of new solutions. Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and user experience. The Profile Sought Is As Follows Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, including 5 years in business management. Experience with large-scale projects and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Mastery of process modeling with BPMN. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
