Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager with AI experience Skills: Agile, Jira, Azure Devops, AI , Project management Experience: 12+ years Location: Bremner, Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Duration: Fulltime We at Coforge are hiring a Senior IT Project Manager with AI experience with following skillset : Strong IT Project Management experience is required. Previous experience managing HR-related projects is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; seeking a candidate who is personable, trustworthy, and collaborative. Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to drive projects forward independently. Experience following established Project Management standards and methodologies ("back-to-basics" PM approach). Project Environment Supporting HR/People Function initiatives with a focus on technology and process improvement. Exposure to AI-related initiatives and solutions within the HR space is preferred. Experience simplifying complex business processes and workflows, particularly within HR systems such as Workday, is beneficial. Experience working with ticketing, self-service, or employee support platforms is a plus. Global project experience is preferred. Ability to partner effectively with offshore technical teams. Desired Experience Experience developing and executing project roadmaps. Proven track record of delivering project milestones, stories, and roadmap objectives on schedule. Ability to manage stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes from planning through delivery.

Requirements

HR project experience is highly preferred; familiarity with Workday, employee support platforms, global projects, and offshore teams is beneficial.
