Job Title: Sr. Guidewire Lead developer Skills: Guidewire cloud, policy, Billing, Integration Experience: 10+ years Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Fulltime/ Contract We at Coforge are hiring a Sr. Guidewire Lead developer with following skillset :Commercial Insurance Expertise o Extensive experience in underwriting, policy lifecycle, rating, endorsements, renewals, audits, and claims .o Strong understanding of commercial product structures (multi-location, multi-line, schedules, packages, additional interests, risk-specific coverages) .o Deep knowledge of submission intake modernization, including ingestion of unstructured documents, automated data extraction, classification, and routing to underwriters .• Guidewire & Integration o Skilled in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Workbench, and ecosystem integrations (CRM, broker systems, document repositories, pricing engines, appetite/eligibility APIs) .o Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform and migration strategies .o Experience in using APD and Integration Framework in solving business problem so Experience in architecting integration solution involving Guidewire to the ecosystem’s applications including document, finance, payments exposure .o Experience in integration architecture design and implementation .• Digital & Cloud Technologies o Knowledge of digital technologies, cloud computing, and modern development practices. o Certified in public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) .

The Sr. Guidewire Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development and integration of Guidewire solutions, focusing on commercial insurance expertise. This includes architecting integration solutions and modernizing submission intake processes.

Candidates should have extensive experience in commercial insurance and Guidewire technologies, with a strong understanding of policy lifecycle and integration architecture. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, along with knowledge of digital and cloud technologies.
