Oversee installation projects and field crews, coordinating schedules, logistics, work plans, and installation partners to deliver projects profitably, on time, and to customer satisfaction standards. Conduct site visits and pre-installation planning, train and guide teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and resolve field issues.
Hybrid · Vancouver
Plan, coordinate, and manage furniture installation projects from initial scope and scheduling through delivery, on-site installation, punch list resolution, invoicing, and close-out. Serve as a primary customer contact while coordinating dealer teams, manufacturers, contractors, and other third parties to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
