We're hiring an Account Executive to own net-new revenue from first conversation through signed contract. You'll run discovery, build proposals, negotiate, close - then hand off cleanly to our delivery team and move to the next opportunity. This is not a software sale. You're selling sophisticated financial and communications services to GPs, CFOs, and founders who can smell a script in the first 30 seconds. If you can read a pitch deck or fund presentation and immediately understand what a client is trying to accomplish, and you've closed complex services deals with finance-sector buyers before - this is the perfect opportunity to get in early at Collateral Partners. What you'll need: Genuine finance fluency - you understand how capital raises, M&A, and fund structures work, not just the vocabulary 4+ years closing complex services contracts with sophisticated buyers Full-cycle ownership: discovery, custom proposals, negotiation, contracts - start to finish Comfort selling into private equity, asset management, or professional services firms What you'll get: Direct access to firm leadership - no layers between you, the Founder or the Managing Director A warm, active pipeline (not a cold start) and an embedded delivery team once you close A seat that scales as we continue to grow rapidly This is a remote-first opportunity with a competitive base + commission on closed business.
