Bookkeeper & AR/AP Specialist Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid — 1 day/week in office) Type: Full-Time Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 CAD About the Role Collective Pictures is seeking a detail-oriented, senior-level Bookkeeper & AR/AP Specialist to manage the day-to-day financial operations across our corporate family of companies. This is a trusted, front-facing finance role ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping fundamentals, payroll experience, and the judgment to work independently across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Send and track invoices across the corporate family; monitor and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain bookkeeping across multiple chequing accounts and corporate credit cards Run multiple monthly payrolls and remit payroll HST/source deductions and corporate taxes Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis Process expense reimbursements and invoices, including setup and payment in the banking platform Serve as the primary front-facing finance contact for internal teams and external partners Coordinate with external accountants at year-end for tax filing and financial reporting What We're Looking For Proven bookkeeping and AR/AP experience, ideally across multiple entities or a corporate group structure Payroll processing experience, including remittances and compliance Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy High level of trustworthiness and discretion handling sensitive financial information Comfortable working independently in a senior, self-directed capacity Strong communication skills for cross-departmental and external coordination Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software and online banking platforms If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you at [email protected]
