Job summary
Are you looking to be part of a team, actively servicing, maintaining, and helping grow both commercial and personal lines book of business. Key Duties & Responsibilities The focus will be to service the book of business, with the option to also earn additional commission for any new business sales you bring to the brokerage Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle from quote to renewal, endorsements, remarkets and cancellations. Promptly respond to client, carrier, and colleague inquiries. Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients. Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. Recognize and realize sales opportunities where it makes sense. Take new claim reports and submit them to the insurance carrier. Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding issues and activities are resolved. Help create a customer-first mindset and culture. Qualifications Must be RIBO licensed. Minimum 2 years Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Broker experience Proven track record servicing a book of business. Remain current and develop expertise in assigned markets and stay open to new market opportunities. Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid RIBO license and possess at least two years of experience in commercial and personal lines brokerage. Proficiency in Applied EPIC is considered an asset for this role.
