As a Customer Service Broker – Personal Lines, you’ll take ownership of an established book of business and provide the kind of attentive, knowledgeable support our clients count on. This position will also have the opportunity to work on some commercial lines and farm policies. We’re open to both Level 2 brokers and strong Level 1 brokers who are ready to grow. Key Duties & Responsibilities · Provide prompt, professional service to clients, carriers, and internal colleagues · Prepare and process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes · Review underwriting information and documentation for accuracy and completeness · Conduct detailed risk assessments to ensure clients receive optimal insurance solutions · Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers · Identify and act on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities when appropriate · Remarket personal lines policies as needed · Take and submit new claim reports, ensuring timely follow‑up · Maintain diligent oversight of client accounts to resolve outstanding items · Contribute to a strong, customer‑first culture within the team Qualifications Active RIBO license (required) Experience servicing a personal lines book of business Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Knowledge of Applied EPIC is an asset, but not required A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset Compensation and Benefits We believe in being transparent about compensation.
