The role involves the preparation and spray application of primer, topcoat, and sealant on aircraft components. Responsibilities include masking, sanding, equipment maintenance, and documenting quality logs in accordance with manufacturing sheets.

Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, NC programming, and documentation to support the production of aerospace components. Provide technical support to production and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce scrap, cycle time, and rework using CORE methodologies.

Perform machining duties including honing, reaming, and lathe work to support production requirements. Document quality logs, create Product Defect Sheets, and support continuous improvement and 5S activities.

Manage new and existing tooling to support the machine shop, including repairs, improvements, and the development of new machining processes. Coordinate with vendors for tool procurement and implement cost-saving initiatives for tooling performance.
