If you have the following, we want to hear from you: * Previous supervisory/leadership in experience in production or manufacturing * Understanding of Lean Systems * Computer literacy * Ability to manage unionized workers; * Communicate efficiently in both French and English; * Able to work within a flexible schedule (shift work, during the week, during the weekend, etc.); * Capacity to cope with adversity; * Have safe work habits all while working to attain production targets, quality, and client service. * Ability to make functional analysis, solve problems, and make decisions; * Able to work in a fast-paced work environment. * Experience in wood products, plywood, or veneer preferred, but not required You do not want to miss out on this excellent opportunity. Si vous avez ce qui suit, nous voulons avoir de vos nouvelles : * Supervision / leadership antérieur dans l’expérience dans la production ou la fabrication * Compréhension des systèmes Lean * Maîtrise de l’informatique * Aptitudes à diriger du personnel syndiqué * Communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais ; * Être prêt(e)s à travailler selon un horaire flexible (quart de travail, en semaine, pendant le week-end, etc.) * Capacité à faire face à l’adversité * Avoir des habitudes de travail sécuritaires tout en atteignant les objectifs de production, de qualité et en assurant le service à la clientèle * Habileté à analyser les faits, à résoudre des problèmes et à prendre des décisions * Capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide * Expérience dans les produits du bois, le contreplaqué ou le placage préférée, mais non requise Vous ne voulez pas manquer cette excellente opportunité.
