Service Supervisor Winnipeg, MB We are looking for a Service Supervisor to join our team in Winnipeg! Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve key business objectives, including sales growth, billing efficiency, budget adherence, and overall profitability. Collaborate with management to build and maintain a high-performing team. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of employees, including service technicians, as well as related HR and administrative activities. Establish and monitor performance criteria (KPIs), conduct regular evaluations, implement corrective measures when necessary, and recognize exceptional performance. Promote a positive, safety-oriented work environment that reflects Comairco’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and technical support to team members. Operations & Quality insurance Manage Service and Parts department budgets with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. Monitor productivity, work order accuracy, and parts inventory to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards. Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and safety of company-issued tools, uniforms, and vehicles. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and maximize service, parts, and equipment opportunities. Customer Service & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Oversee service calls, preventive maintenance contracts, and emergency repairs for air compressors and related systems. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring clear communication and proper follow-up in line with company standards. Collaborate with Sales and Rentals teams to support new equipment start-ups, rental equipment deployments, warranty claims, and after-sales service needs. Other Duties Perform all other duties related to the role. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in team or parts management (considered an asset) Experience in the industrial sector Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, dryers, and related pneumatic or vacuum systems (major asset) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work predominantly in an office setting during standard business hours, with some travel requirements to customer sites and sustained computer-based tasks Valid driver’s license.
