They > go above and beyond to make sure their employees and clients are receiving the > best from them.” — Current Employee, Boise, Idaho What We Are Looking For: * A passion for helping clients live their best and most independent lives * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy * Current registration and good standing with the provincial regulatory body * CPR & First Aid Certification * Access to reliable transportation * Proficiency in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus * Eligibility to legally work in Canada * Valid driver’s license is an asset * Covid vaccination proof * Current TB screening and Criminal Record Check * At least 1 year of clinical experience What You Will Be Doing: * Conduct functional assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, cognition, and daily living skills * Develop individualized treatment plans to support independence and safety * Provide therapy focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, fall prevention, and adaptive strategies * Recommend and train clients on assistive devices and home modifications * Educate clients and families on techniques to improve daily functioning * Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Support clients in achieving meaningful goals and improved quality of life Salary Range: $100–$150 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements
