What we are looking for: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate 3-4 years of experience in a recruitment role (preferably high-volume recruitment). Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) What you will be doing: Participate in the development of successful, data-driven recruitment strategies Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (CareerPlug) Maintain job advertisements Communicate with applicants daily, reviewing new applicants and moving them through the hiring process Leverage reporting to track recruitment trends and adapt our recruitment strategy appropriately Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for caregiving and office staff. Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships. Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Verify credentials, certifications, references, and background checks. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment standards. Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities. Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment reports. Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing targets. Support employee retention initiatives and maintain a positive candidate experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated ability to develop and implement action plans that achieve objectives. Excellent communication skills Able to build strong relationships Strong commitment to teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a dynamic environment Requires moderate direction to complete more complex tasks; completes routine tasks with little or no supervision. Understanding of administrative recruitment processes, with a demonstrated ability to work within a regulatory and compliance-driven environment.
