Spanning Central and Southwestern Ontario, our services are customized to respond to the dynamic and evolving security needs of both private and public sector clients. These include uniformed guard, mobile response and support services, by-law enforcement and identification services. We are currently seeking a Commissionaire to join our growing team. WHAT OUR EXCEPTIONAL COMMISSIONAIRES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Conduct property patrols of client location, in accordance with site instructions. Check and validate identification credentials for all visitors and personnel entering the facility. Enforce the Trespass to Property Act when required. Liaise with Police, Fire, EMS as appropriate during incidents. Complete patrol and incident reports utilizing reporting software, and paper reports as required. Maintain professionalism at all times, during all interactions. Perform end-of-shift security procedures, including locking gates and verifying premises security. Undertake all training assigned to you in a timely fashion. Report concerns or complaints received to Supervisor or Manager Be available to adjust schedule as required to accommodate the needs of the patrol team. Perform 'stand downs' at client locations to ensure continuity of guard service, as requested by supervisor or manager. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US: *Mandatory* - Must hold a Valid Ontario Security Guard License. *Mandatory*– Valid WSIB accredited First Aid and CPR certificate *Mandatory* – Must be able to obtain a Level I (Reliability) Clearance (resident in Canada 5 years or longer, clean record, clean credit history) Must be able to pass the CGL Level III Use of Force certification Ability to stand/sit for a longer period of time. Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License, a WSIB accredited First Aid and CPR certificate, and be able to obtain Level I Reliability Clearance. Additionally, they must pass the CGL Level III Use of Force certification and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
