Analyze information to determine appropriate actions, document interventions in real time, and follow up on cases.

Provide administrative support for a major contract at Montréal Airport, including coordinating disciplinary meetings, preparing related documentation, and maintaining accurate employee information in HR systems. Respond to employee questions, apply HR policies and the applicable collective agreement, and contribute to employee-record updates and improvements to disciplinary procedures.
