As a Resident Assistant (STNA/CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve. Schedules: AM or PM (6:30 - 7:00), must work a minimum of 3x full 12 hour shifts per month (including 1 weekend shift) to maintain status Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification.
