Capture high-energy images of youth sports training sessions, games, and participants over an 8-week summer season. Document the experiences of athletes and coaches to tell the organization's story to families and partners.

Job details

We're looking for a Photographer to capture the energy and joy of youth sports at our camp this summer. Over an 8-week season, you'll be on the ground documenting training sessions, games, kids, and coaches — the focus on a young athlete's face, a coach mid-instruction, a team celebrating a win. Your images will help tell the story of what we do to families, partners, and our wider community. It's an ideal summer role for a photography or art student, or recent grad, who already shoots and wants consistent, high-volume experience in a fast-moving, people-centered environment. Your own DSLR or mirrorless camera and relevant gear (lenses, memory cards, etc.) Experience shooting sports or other fast-action photography Currently studying or recently graduated in photography, art, or a related field A strong eye for composition, timing, and storytelling Comfort working around children; a professional, patient demeanor Availability for the full 8-week term, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM Complete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying. Applications with both completed are reviewed first: Culture Index survey Skills game assessment Intensive portfolio-building over a full summer of shoots Potential for a reference/recommendation and future seasonal rehire
