Community Sports Partners is looking for Soccer Referees to support our growing adult soccer leagues. The primary responsibility of this role is officiating league matches, while also supporting game-day operations and league standards across our venues. This role requires someone with a strong knowledge of the game, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage competitive, high-intensity game environments. Referees must be comfortable making decisive calls, managing player disagreements, and maintaining control of the match while remaining professional and composed. Refereeing & Game Day Operations Officiate adult league soccer matches consistently, fairly, and professionally Enforce Laws of the Game and maintain control of matches Complete match reports, including scores, cards, and incidents Verify team rosters and manage pre-game check-ins Ensure punctual kick-offs and smooth game flow Manage player disputes and disciplinary situations professionally Escalate serious incidents or repeat disciplinary issues when required Maintain consistent refereeing standards across all leagues and venues Requirements Strong knowledge and understanding of the rules of the game Previous experience refereeing competitive adult soccer preferred Confident managing competitive, high-intensity game environments Able to make quick, decisive, and impartial decisions under pressure Strong communication and conflict-management skills Professional, composed, and confident when handling player disputes and disciplinary situations Complete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying.
