The Director will define and execute the enterprise data governance strategy, roadmap, and stewardship practices to ensure data is trusted and business-ready. They will lead global teams to manage master data, data quality, and metadata capabilities while partnering with business leaders to drive operational excellence and AI-enabled decision-making. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of progressive experience in data management or governance, including five years in a leadership capacity. Strong expertise in SAP master data structures, SAP MDG, and enterprise-scale data quality initiatives is required.
