Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Executive to lead large enterprise relationships for expansion and acquisition growth. This individual will be responsible for strengthening executive relationships, driving business expansion across multiple service lines, and ensuring the successful delivery of value to the client. This role demands a strong blend of business acumen, relationship management, and strategic insight to identify new opportunities, align with customer objectives, and drive mutual growth. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s executive and operational stakeholders across technology, procurement, and business units. Develop and execute an annual account plan that aligns with the customer’s strategic objectives and our service portfolio. Proactively engage with senior leadership and key influencers to maintain trusted-advisor status. Facilitate Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) to review progress, innovation, and outcomes. Growth & Expansion Identify whitespace and growth opportunities across managed services, professional services, and product solutions. Collaborate with internal specialists, OEM partners, and delivery teams to introduce new offerings and innovations. Drive pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and margin growth in alignment with revenue targets. Establish and maintain executive-level sponsorship within the account to enable multi-year growth strategies. Operational Excellence Partner with Service Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. Escalate and resolve challenges in a timely and transparent manner to maintain operational excellence. Monitor account health metrics, including CSAT, renewal rates, and contract performance. Ensure governance models are adhered to, including reporting cadence, communications, and documentation. Collaboration & Leadership Lead cross-functional account teams across sales, delivery, finance, and marketing to ensure coordinated customer engagement. Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights on the financial services industry, market trends, and technology adoption. Represent the company at customer events and industry forums as a trusted technology partner. Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or client success within the IT or technology services sector. Proven success managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts with complex stakeholder environments. Deep understanding of financial services industry operations, compliance, and technology trends. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to navigate large matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional initiatives. Experience working with OEM partners Performance Metrics Annual revenue growth and margin attainment within assigned account. Customer satisfaction and relationship depth (measured through executive feedback and QBR/EBR engagement). Cross-sell and upsell execution across service categories.
