🚀 We're Hiring: Junior Business Analyst – IT We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client in the Financial Services industry and support digital product enhancements, business transformation, and strategic initiatives. 📍 Location: Waterloo, ON (Toronto also considered) 📅 Contract: 12 months (Potential extension) 💼 Experience: 3–5 years Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite) Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Develop user stories and manage product backlogs. Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Technology teams. Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, and UAT. Analyze business data and identify process improvements. Support digital product enhancements and stakeholder initiatives. Required Skills: 3–5 years of Business Analysis or Product Management experience. Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. Hands-on experience with Jira or Rally and Agile methodologies. Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an asset. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
