The technician is responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of heavy construction equipment in a shop-based environment. They will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and hydraulic systems, and complete major component replacements.

The Parts and Service Coordinator manages the procurement of heavy equipment parts and coordinates maintenance schedules to minimize fleet downtime. They are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking warranties, and ensuring all service documentation is completed by mechanics.

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on a heavy equipment fleet, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks. They must also operate a mobile service truck to service equipment at various job sites while maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities.
