Manage client engagements from planning through completion, including financial statement preparation and review, corporate and personal tax returns, tax planning, and related accounting services. Build client relationships, mentor accounting and bookkeeping staff, and ensure work meets deadlines and quality standards.

Lead flight operations and crew standards, serve as Captain on at least two aircraft types, and oversee crew training, qualifications, and regulatory compliance.
