About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement to lead complex, high-value procurement activities across the Organization, with a strong focus on public procurement, competitive sourcing, compliance, and contract documentation. The Manager will lead large, complex RFPs, draft solicitation documents, manage open competitive bidding processes, and support the negotiation and drafting of contracts, including MSAs and SOWs. The Manger, Procurement will partner with the team to provide quality reviews, upholding the team standards across deliverables. This role will be an individual contributor and will serve as the subject matter expert for complex procurement activity. The ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the Organization will be critical for success. Who You Are: You are a detail-oriented procurement professional with strong public-sector procurement experience and a proven ability to lead complex sourcing processes. You bring expert knowledge of competitive bidding, trade agreements, procurement documentation, and contract drafting. Specific experience with technology and professional services procurement in HR and Legal would be a significant asset. You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance. A strong communicator and trusted advisor, you engage stakeholders effectively, provide clear guidance, and offer thoughtful feedback to team members on procurement and contract documentation.
