accounting clerk

As Intermediate Accounting Clerk I, you will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations, and work within a small, group accounting office setting (this is a 100% in-office position). You will possess practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of general accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processing and are capable of performing specialized financial analysis while working under general supervision and following established direction. You will possess: Minimum 3 years working experience with: - computerized A/R; A/P; Payroll software - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel - Strong inter-personal and communication skills - Organizational skills and be detail-oriented Assets: - knowledge of Point Click Care Accounting software - knowledge of UKG and/or Ceridian Payroll software - Knowledge of payroll administration in a unionized environment, including collective agreement compliance - basic knowledge of Financial Statements, computerized general ledger software - knowledge of Long-Term Care accounting procedures \*Thank you for your interest - Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted\* Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent \*\*Salary will commensurate with experience\*\* _Conmed Health Care Group is an equal opportunity employer.
