Manage a portfolio of clients by overseeing month-end close and financial reporting, providing fractional controllership, and delivering financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning support. Improve accounting workflows, controls, and reporting; develop performance metrics; and communicate financial results and recommendations to clients while coordinating with bookkeeping and tax teams.

Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients, including payroll changes, T4s, Records of Employment, and multi-province EHT and WCB filings. Advise clients on complex payroll matters, review CRA accounts and notices, coordinate with clients and bookkeeping teams, and improve departmental processes while serving as a technical resource.
