Operate the asphalt plant and produce asphalt mixes using computer software, while coordinating material orders and meeting production schedules and quantity requirements. Work with the team to maintain and repair the plant, diagnose mechanical failures, complete maintenance and safety reports, and ensure workplace health and safety policies are followed.

Ensure quality and material compliance across construction sites, aggregate production, and asphalt plants by interpreting testing procedures and standards and calibrating site, laboratory, and plant equipment.
