The Senior Machinist / Mold Maker will be responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing injection molds using manual machining, EDM, hand-fitting, and precision tooling techniques. The Senior Machinist provides both advanced machining capability and mold-building expertise, ensuring high-precision mold construction, maintenance, and repair. This role combines machining, EDM operations, bench fitting, and mold troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, craftsmanship-focused position ideal for a toolmaker who takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and mentoring junior technicians in a traditional toolroom environment. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Engineering & Production to deliver reliable tooling, optimize cycle time and quality, and support continuous improvement.
