DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct physical counts in coordination with inventory control and parts departments. * Report discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy. * Provide counter service and assist with customer inquiries. * Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations. * Perform all receiving and shipping tasks, including order picking, packing, and processing. * Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Address and resolve any shipping or receiving inquiries. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION * High School Diploma. * Experience with shipping and receiving. * Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. * Warehousing ticket is an asset. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS * Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts; on a 7x7 rotation. * Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. * Ability to build strong internal working relationships. * Quick learner, adaptable to an ever-changing environment. * Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds. WAGES AND BENEFITS Conuma Resources takes pride in providing industry-competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that truly values our employees. Specifically for the Warehouse Technician role, we offer an annual base salary range of $72,000 - $85,000.00, along with a variety of bonuses. These bonuses include monthly efficiency bonuses linked to safety and production as well as quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer-paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks.
