Job details
Sales and Marketing Assistant — Convertiqq Vancouver, BC | Full-Time | Immediate Start | $3,495 – $4,275/month Convertiqq helps brands grow through strategic customer acquisition, brand promotion, and high-performance sales systems. We're expanding our team and looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant who wants to build real, transferable skills in sales, customer service, and event marketing — out in the field at retail stores, pop-up events, and brand activations, not behind a desk. What a week looks like Some days you're helping set up an activation stand before doors open, making sure the brand looks sharp and the display draws people in. Other days you're on the retail floor, engaging customers, answering product questions, and helping convert interest into sales. You'll get hands-on experience across the full sales and marketing cycle — from first customer interaction to reporting on what worked and why. Every new team member goes through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching, so this isn't just a shift — it's a genuine opportunity to build a skill set you can carry into future roles. Skills you'll use and develop: Communication and active listening — reading what a customer needs and responding clearly and confidently Sales techniques — building rapport, handling objections, and closing in real-time, face-to-face conversations Customer service — creating a positive, memorable experience at every interaction Brand representation — presenting products and messaging consistently and professionally Event and display setup — helping build an engaging, well-organized stand or booth Time management and multitasking — juggling customer interactions, setup, and reporting during a live shift Teamwork and collaboration — working closely with other associates and team leads to hit shared goals Problem-solving and adaptability — thinking on your feet in a fast-changing retail or event environment Target-driven mindset — staying motivated and consistent when working toward sales goals Reporting and feedback — tracking outcomes and customer feedback to help improve future campaigns You'll fit right in if you: Enjoy talking to people and don't shy away from a busy room. Like the idea of learning sales and marketing through doing, not just studying it. Show up on time and follow through on what you say you'll do. Want a role with real room to grow — into a team lead or campaign management position down the line. No prior experience needed. We care more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than a résumé full of matching job titles — full training is provided. The details Full-time, on-site — no phone-based or online work. Pay is $3,495–$4,275/month, with an immediate start for the right candidate. Based out of Vancouver, working across retail locations and event/activation sites in the area. Ready to start? Send us your application — we review submissions on a rolling basis and aim to get back to qualified candidates within 1–3 business days.
