PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

The Project Superintendent directs field personnel and subcontractors to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget. They are responsible for maintaining safety standards, managing labor and equipment, and coordinating with executive management and project managers.

ESTIMATOR

The Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for civil infrastructure projects through tender document review and quantity take-offs. They lead pre-construction handover meetings and manage the selection of vendors and subcontractors to ensure project cost-effectiveness.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by managing change orders, site records, and requests for information. They coordinate material procurement, oversee site paperwork for cost coding, and ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are met.

PROJECT MANAGER

Oversees project controls, cost management, and forecasting to ensure profitability of civil construction projects. Coordinates project teams, manages procurement, and maintains client relationships from project start through closeout.

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FOREPERSON

The Foreperson is responsible for managing project start-ups, scheduling, and daily crew operations to ensure production goals are met. They must coordinate resources, maintain safety standards, and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.

GRADE PERSON

Establish construction layout and grade for utilities and roadworks while directing equipment operators to achieve correct elevations. Maintain accurate survey notes and provide complete as-built/redline drawings throughout the project progression.
