The Role We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our Corporate Services team to support year‑round ground maintenance, snow removal, and general property care. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is comfortable with physical work and varying seasonal duties. Responsibilities: * Perform snow removal and storm cleanup as required. * Sand and salt walkways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safety. * Repair lawn damage caused by winter plowing. * Remove gravel from lawns and clear sand from parking lots and surrounding areas. * Complete all yardwork and grounds maintenance, including: * Lawn mowing * Whipper snipping/trimming * Hedge and shrub trimming * Assist with general building and grounds upkeep as needed. * Support the Corporate Maintenance team with repairs or special projects during slower periods. Qualifications: * Experience operating a plow truck is an asset but not required. * Must be able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions. * Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable work ethic. * Ability to follow directions and work independently when required.
