The Role Shoreland Transport Inc., a division of Cooke are looking for an experienced Driver Recruitment Specialist in Woodstock, NB. To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, great problem solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day full cycle recruiting and driver orientation. * Screen resumes, interview applicants and obtain pre-employment documents. * Coordinate appropriate assessments and references. * Use traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community networking events, and more to attract quality candidates. * Represent the company always in a Professional manner. * Maintain postings and applicants in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) along with our recruiting email inbox. * Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy. * Ensure a positive candidate experience. Required Skills and Experience * Must have 2 plus years of full cycle Recruiting experience. * 2 years of transportation industry experience * Must be detailed oriented and also have great problem solving and communication skills. * Computer literacy and proficient in MS Suite of products with experience using an industry standard Applicant Tracking System * Experience using ATS systems * Excellent PC skills - Windows, MS Office Suite, Internet Logistician * Valid passport, driver’s license and reliable transportation required for meetings and events. * Must be able to travel Join our team and enjoy the benefits of full-time year-round employment with competitive rates and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your well-being and career growth.
