The Role Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Relief Value Stream Leader plays a key leadership role within the Operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting a production value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. This hands-on role combines the responsibilities of a Production Supervisor and Team Lead, providing both strategic direction and on-the-floor leadership. Acting as a bridge between frontline employees and management, the Value Stream Leader ensures daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Ganong’s operational excellence goals.
