The Role Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, North America, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for Ganong’s branded business across an assigned portfolio of U.S. and Canadian retail customers, brokers, and distributors. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role accountable for delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets within the U.S. and Canadian markets. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for growing existing accounts, securing new distribution, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers within the assigned portfolio. Who You Are The ideal candidate for this role is a self-directed, results-oriented professional with strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. They are comfortable developing joint business plans with national buyers, working with brokers on promotional programs, and identifying new business opportunities. They are a collaborative team player who works effectively across Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure customer plans are executed effectively and profitably.
