Job Summary Cool Dispatch is hiring a full-time Last Mile Delivery Driver to complete local deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland (e.g., Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas). You will operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle, perform multi-stop routes, and represent Cool Dispatch professionally at customer locations while maintaining cold-chain standards and accurate delivery documentation. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle on assigned routes throughout the Lower Mainland. Complete multi-stop deliveries and pickups efficiently while meeting scheduled delivery windows. Maintain cold-chain integrity by following temperature-control procedures and handling products properly. Load, secure, and unload product safely, including repetitive lifting and use of hand carts/pallet jacks as required. Use mobile devices/apps for navigation, proof of delivery, scanning, and delivery notes; report issues promptly. Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects, incidents, and maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites and communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, changes, or exceptions.
