Competitive salary Excellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company Uniform, safety boots/shoes, safety gear provided RRSP Match Safety-minded organization Stable, year-round employment Continuous training, learning and development opportunities Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility What You’ll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephone enquiries from customers & sales representatives and process all rental requests; escalate and communicate professionally & effectively Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters Processing and filing invoices Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, or creating important office forms Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services Aiding correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data Ensuring availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Qualifications And Requirements What You’ll Bring to the Team Strong organizational skills to assist multiple employees at one time with various tasks Knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time Ability to handle sensitive information Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks High school diploma would be preferred, and post-secondary education in office administration or a relevant field would be an asset At Cooper Equipment Rentals, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
