Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing. Support carpenters, plumbers, welders, and other tradespeople by handing tools, materials, and equipment as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements. Participate in the installation of flooring, tiles, drywall, and painting tasks to meet project specifications. Help with restoration and renovation work by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Requirements Qualifications Previous construction experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction tasks. Knowledge of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, drywall installation, caulking, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed schematics and instructions accurately. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety and quality standards. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and adapt to changing project needs.
