Duties & Responsibilities (English) Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining strict quality control. Forklift & Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and heavy machinery, following strict safety protocols. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with inbound and outbound logistics by verifying shipments against bills of lading and documentation. Inventory Control & WMS: Organize stock in designated zones and maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Equipment Inspections: Conduct daily routine checks on material handling equipment and report maintenance or safety issues. Team Collaboration: Meet daily warehouse productivity and performance metrics safely. Requirements Fonctions et Responsabilités (Français) Préparation de commandes : Cueillir, emballer et préparer les commandes avec précision pour l'expédition selon les normes de contrôle de la qualité. Conduite de chariots élévateurs : Opérer de façon sécuritaire la machinerie d’entrepôt (chariots élévateurs, chariots à pinces, transpalettes) selon les protocoles de SST. Expédition et réception : Valider les marchandises entrantes et sortantes en vérifiant les documents de transport (connaissements). Gestion des stocks (WMS) : Organiser l'inventaire dans l'entrepôt et assurer la mise à jour des données dans le système de gestion d'entrepôt. Inspections de routine : Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes de l'équipement lourd et signaler les besoins d'entretien. Travail d'équipe : Collaborer pour atteindre les objectifs de production quotidiens de la chaîne logistique. Skills & Qualifications Required / Compétences requises Experience: Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, order picking, or shipping/receiving operations (Expérience en entrepôt ou centre de distribution). Certification/Mechanical Aptitude: Ability or certification to operate heavy machinery like forklifts, cranes, or clamp trucks safely (Carte de cariste un atout). Physical Capability: Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently (up to 50 lbs) using proper safety techniques (Capacité à soulever des charges lourdes). Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or RF scanners for inventory tracking (Familiarité avec les lecteurs RF et logiciels d'inventaire).
