Job Description Business Development Manager – Forensic Consulting Role Overview Drive revenue growth and profitability by promoting forensic consulting services within the Greater Calgary, Alberta area. Build and maintain strong client relationships, cross-sell services, and collaborate with district managers and experts to execute sales strategies and client events. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a geographic sales strategy targeting independent adjusters and regional insurance carriers. * Build and nurture relationships with technical leaders, managers, and sales teams to sell all services within assigned accounts. * Partner with Major Account and Legal Market teams to service key clients. * Identify client/expert opportunities with District Managers. * Drive growth through innovative marketing, events, and Continuing Education training. * Coach expert teams on sales skills and tools. * Collaborate with Marketing to promote experts and service capabilities. * Own CRM data for assigned geography, tracking all activity. * Stay current with company policies, procedures, and training. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements * Experience: 3+ years in insurance sales preferred * Skills: Strategic sales, interpersonal, customer service, written/oral communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking. * Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, specifically SalesForce. * Soft Skills: Teamwork, compassion, respect, integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct. * Focus: Timely execution with a strong ROI mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Existing client relationships in the assigned geography. * Membership in local insurance associations/organizations. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
